Ajman Bank is strengthening its regulatory reporting operations through the adoption of a RegTech solution delivered in partnership with 4most and Reporting Center.
The initiative strengthens the Bank’s ability to respond to evolving Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) requirements through greater automation, centralised reporting, and enhanced control.
Mustafa Al Khalfawi, Chief Executive Officer of Ajman Bank, said:
“Regulatory compliance is increasingly about our ability to respond quickly to change while maintaining robust governance and control. By combining Ajman Bank’s institutional strengths with 4most’s market and regulatory reporting expertise and Reporting Center’s RegTech capabilities, we’re building a stronger foundation for technology-enabled compliance.”
The implementation marks an important step in Ajman Bank’s broader efforts to strengthen its regulatory reporting framework through technology and automation.
The implementation brings regulatory reporting activities into a centralised, auditable, and customisable environment, providing Ajman Bank with a single platform for managing data collection, regulatory calculations, validations, adjustments, and report generation.
By replacing existing reporting activities with structured and automated workflows, the Bank gains greater visibility and control over the entire reporting process — from source data through calculations and validations to the final regulatory submission.
A key element of the transformation is auditability. The platform provides traceability across the reporting lifecycle, allowing the Bank to track data, calculations, adjustments, and user actions while providing a clear audit trail to support stronger governance and control.
At the same time, the platform is highly configurable, enabling Ajman Bank to adapt reporting logic, mappings, formulas, validation rules, and reporting workflows as regulatory requirements evolve. This provides the Bank with a sustainable reporting infrastructure designed not only for today’s requirements, but also for future regulatory change.
Nicoleta Remmlinger, UAE Director at 4most, said:
“RegTech delivers the greatest value when technology and regulatory expertise work together. Our partnership with Reporting Center brings together deep local market and regulatory reporting knowledge with specialist regulatory technology. Ajman Bank’s commitment to innovation has enabled us to turn that combination into a practical solution for emerging regulatory requirements.”
Elena Unciuleanu, Founder & CEO, Reporting Center, said:
“The collaboration demonstrates a model for the next generation of RegTech: combining specialist regulatory reporting expertise with purpose-built regulatory technology to help banks move from regulatory interpretation to implementation faster and with greater confidence.”
