4most shortlisted for Employer of the Year and Best Technology Provider at the 2023 Credit Awards
27 April 2023
4most has been shortlisted for two categories at this year’s Credit Strategy Awards: Best Company to Work For and Best Technology Provider (for LUMOS, our interactive monitoring tool). The Credit Awards is one of the most prestigious annual events in credit and financial services, recognising and celebrating innovation, best practices and the hard work of individuals and businesses across the industry.
As a company we take pride in creating an environment where individuals can be their authentic self while receiving the support and resources to drive and shape their own development. From enhancing our maternity/ paternity policy to offer 6 months full pay to those taking parental leave, to providing all 4mosters access to Udemy alongside a plethora of other internal training, we understand we are our people, so we strive to make 4most the best place to work. Our continued efforts in this area have been acknowledged with us receiving Best Company to Work for/ Employer of the Year in 2019, 2020, and 2022.
LUMOS was awarded Credit Technology of the Year at the 2022 National Credit Awards, so it is great to receive further acknowledgement of our amazing products team’s persistent and innovative work. The tool was originally developed for monitoring advanced Machine Learning (ML) operational models and excels in removing ‘black box’ elements from advanced automated decisioning, helping banking and insurance clients produce clear standardised monitoring with interactive model and data exploration functionality.
In its most recent incarnation, LUMOS has expanded to include additional modules and functionality which provide comprehensive monitoring, forecasting, and stress testing for regulatory models with a focus on IFRS 9. The MI and monitoring cover both standardised executive summary reporting which presents an instant view of how results are tracked against KPIs, as well as ad-hoc interactive analysis of individual model components. To complement this, the new forecasting and stress testing module allow the user to explore different macroeconomic forecasts and flex multiple parameters/business assumptions to understand the impact of the expected credit losses for various ‘what if?’ stressed scenarios.
