The solutions we provide our clients with are analytically driven, so we typically look for candidates with a discipline grounded in numerical methods / statistics, computing, or data. Although not essential, it is advantageous to have at least 6 months work experience within a related field, especially financial services.
Communication is key; interacting internally and to external stakeholders, both verbally and written, is essential to bringing our results and recommendations to life. So we seek prominent influencing and interpersonal skills.
Specific requirements for each role are below.

- Regulation – knowledge of local regulatory environments across areas such as IFRS 9 and Basel, or of regulatory activity outside of the UK in areas such as TRIM or CECL, is encouraged.

Study support will be provided by 4most, but we expect students to revise in their own time as well. Exemptions or passes in any of the examinations are not a requirement.
