At 4most we acknowledge the heart and soul of everything that makes us great is the dedication and breadth of talent demonstrated by our people. It’s our 4mosters that have helped us attain continuous growth and reach new heights year after year, and we strive to create a working environment and culture where they are able to be their authentic selves and flourish. We are ecstatic to see that our dedication to fostering a great workplace has been recognised as we were awarded ‘Best Company to Work For’ at this year’s Credit Strategy Awards, this is the third time we’ve received this prestigious acknowledgement!

The judges on the award panel made specific reference to 4most’s flexible approach to accommodating our staff including the freedom holiday scheme which allows 4mosters to take additional leave in instances where their contractual allotment has been used up. They also praised our emphasis on empowering employee growth through ‘personal development days’ which can be used up to twice a month to allocate time to undertake courses or other forms of relevant training.
