Breaking down the final CBUAE Credit Risk Standards
04 November 2024
The Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE) recently released the final version of its Credit Risk Standards, and Large Financial Institutions (LFIs) have already started to respond.
To help LFIs navigate the Standards and streamline their response, we’ve written a short guide offering best practice guidance and advice. It combines insights from recent conversations, alongside our experience of successfully delivering numerous regulatory change projects across multiple LFIs and jurisdictions.

Inside the guide, we discuss:
- The main Articles to be aware of
- Key outcomes to focus on
- Common questions you’ll need to answer
- Potential timescales
- How 4most can support
For the full analysis, access the guide here.
