Most of us are familiar with the titles found among the executive level management within a company (c-suite) such as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). However, less may have come across the role of the Chief People Officer (CPO), a position crucial to any organisation that prioritises the voice and wellbeing of its employees. CPOs have a holistic view of the organisation they operate in and act as the cultural glue that ensures business decisions are aligned with company values and act in the best interest of all those impacted.
