4most win big at the Women in Credit Awards 2023

We are ecstatic to share that 4most were awarded Employer of the Year for the second year in a row at this year’s Women in Credit Awards! The judges highlighted 4most’s forward-thinking policies and practices that tangibly tackle challenges relating to balance and fairness for women in the workplace.

The good news kept rolling in with many of our 4mosters taking home individual awards:

Alysha Hutchinson was awarded Colleague of the Year for her supportive leadership and ability to nurture trust, inspire, and build confidence among the people she works with, all while helping them overcome challenges. The judges also noted her role in establishing and promoting the use of the Udemy platform within 4most which has materialised in hundreds of hours of learning getting clocked in each month! All this alongside her stellar work as a consultant director, servicing our clients and overseeing our pool of consultants.

Nicoleta Remmlinger was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year for the strength and resilience showcased through her role in spearheading 4most’s expansion into the Middle East and helping establish the company as a trusted provider of credit risk modelling solutions for many leading financial institutions in UAE. Judges were impressed by her efforts quickly gaining recognition at the MEA Finance Awards in 2021 and 2023 for Best Open Banking & API Technology and Best New Regulatory Technology respectively.

Moreover, 4mosters Nicola Richards and Jestine Bautista received silver awards for Business Leader of the Year and Advocate of the Year respectively. As 4most’s Chief Financial Officer, Nicola has continually been at the forefront of guiding the company through its various cycles of rapid growth. Whereas Jes has demonstrated an unrivalled passion for providing platforms for employee voice, most notably establishing a women’s network within 4most. We are incredibly proud of our winners and all those nominated on the night.

The Women in Credit Awards is the only event dedicated to celebrating the women leading the charge for positive change in the industry through their marketing leading work, passion for advocating for others, and ability to inspire the next generation of women.
