4most named one of ‘The Best Places to Work’ by The Sunday Times
12 June 2024
We are excited to share that 4most has been named as one of The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ 2024 for medium-sized companies! This prestigious list stringently ranks the top firms that have cultivated an exceptional working environment and culture.
A huge 70,000 companies entered the running to be featured, with only 507 of those making the cut across all small, medium, and large companies – that’s less than 0.75%! We also received an excellent overall rating of 88%, far higher than the 70% required to be considered for the list.
What The Sunday Times had to say…
The Sunday Times praised 4most’s success in nurturing an open culture where all employees are empowered to be a hands-on contributor that play a tangible role in steering the company’s trajectory. The vibrant and plentiful social scene was also highlighted along with the array of internal groups and committees that cater to a miscellany of interests., Our policies were also called out for allowing employees the ability to strike the perfect work-life balance while tailoring the way they choose to grow and develop within the organisation.
The 4most way!
We have always maintained that our people are the lifeblood of 4most, and ensuring we continue to provide a fun, supportive, and enjoyable environment where all 4mosters are able to flourish to their fullest potential will remain our top priority. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of our colleagues that have helped bring this amazing working environment and culture to life!
